  • Generate high-quality content for blogs, articles, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Organize and promote online events, contests, and campaigns to engage the audience.
  • Keep the website up-to-date with relevant information and news.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support, to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated campaigns.


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial, with impeccable grammar and attention to detail. The ability to craft compelling and clear messaging is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, is necessary.
  • Graphic design skills and experience with design software like Adobe Creative Suite can be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the Philippine job market and business landscape is advantageous. Understanding the specific needs and preferences of the local audience can be beneficial.
